This Week's Show
January 2, 2009
This week, Hairball John and The Acid Chimp ring in the new year by taking once last look at 2008, a year that saw the release of new studio albums by many veteran artists including Dokken, Mötley Crüe, Whitesnake, Tesla, Judas Priest, AC/DC and at long last, Guns N' Roses.

We also have some of the best Europe has to offer including Finnish rockers Carmen Gray, Swiss metallers Pure, Inc and Germany's Kissin' Dynamite. Sweden is also well represented by Lechery, Fatal Smile, Sister Sin and Evergrey. Helping round things out Randy Piper's Animal, Voodoo Six, Firewind and Shannon.

Finally, we'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped and supported the show including all of our great affiliates who air the show each week, and of course the listeners, who ultimately make this all possible. A special thanks goes out to the multi-talented Woodchipper whose un-ending support cannot be over-stated. We'd also like to acknowledge Eric Bond for continuing to bring great new music to our attention and the Axe Man and all the other bloggers who contribute to the site on a regular basis.

Heres to an even better 2009!
